Jane has served as Business Liaison at The Center since July of 2024.

Jane retired from public education after 36 years as a dedicated educator and school administrator.  She holds a Bachelor’s in Science from the University of Iowa and a Master’s in Education from Texas A&M University-Commerce, Jane has demonstrated a strong commitment to academic excellence throughout her professional journey.

Now retired, Jane enjoys family life as a widow after 32 years of marriage, a mother of two married children, and a grandmother to two grandsons who bring her joy.

Jane is a dedicated member of the American Legion Riders Post 310 in Gun Barrel City, deeply passionate about supporting veterans and their families through outreach and community initiatives. She enjoys riding her Indian Chief motorcycle and connecting with fellow enthusiasts.

After retirement, Jane felt a Divine calling that led her to The Center, where she now works as the Business Liaison.  In this role, she assists individuals and businesses in forging healthy work relationships, creating a bridge between The Center and the local business community.
